Seat load

The canvas's main check: who holds too many seats.

Person	Team leads	Seats held	Load	Notes
Josh	3	4	Heavy	CEO plus lead of Marketing, Product & Quality, Finance. Catering growth also falls to him.
Sav	1	5	Heavy	Systems lead plus seats in Production, Product & Quality, Finance, People & Culture.
Michael	2	3	Full	Leads Store Operations and People & Culture; labor and payroll seat in Finance. Covering Brainerd two days a week until November.
Jim	1	2	Balanced	Facilities lead plus weekly product audits.
Jeri	1	1	Balanced	Catering.
Hixson General Manager	0	1	Balanced	Store Operations.
Brainerd General Manager	0	1	Balanced	Store Operations.

What the canvas exposes

Decisions to make before this goes to the team.

Unclear owner

Commissary lead

Amylie and Matthew share one seat, so no single person owns production. The commissary also has no labor target yet.

Open seat

Third location GM

Needs a name early enough to train before the spring 2027 opening.

No owner

Catering growth

Jeri runs orders that come in. Nobody owns bringing new catering accounts in.

Overloaded

Josh leads three teams

Marketing and Product & Quality are the likeliest to hand off (a marketing lead from Ben or Sara; menu work with Sav).

Overloaded

Sav sits in five teams

Her load grows as Michael leans on her for admin. Watch it once the COO split settles.

Missing authority

Michael's spending limit

No budget means no limit, so routine spend still routes to you. Setting one makes his Operations seat real.
